A number looks wrong
The most useful message you can send. Include the tool, the inputs you used, what you expected and, if you have one, a link to the carrier or authority page that says otherwise. Corrections get priority over everything else.
A rule has changed
Carriers change divisors, the NMFTA revises the classification, IFTA rates move every quarter. If you spot a change before we do, tell us and it gets updated along with its last-checked date.
A calculator is missing
If you keep doing a freight calculation by hand or in a spreadsheet, it is probably worth building. Tell us what it computes and what the inputs are.
